Willing to Unlearn and Relearn?

With India steering steadily towards competency-based education, educators must upskill themselves to stay relevant and employable. If you have the time and commitment to deepen your conceptual knowledge and hone your applied thinking, if you are a strong believer in equitable and inclusive education, if your focus is on 'how to learn' rather than only 'what to learn', if your happiness lies in sharing than hoarding and if your success is in passing on your skills to the future generations, we will train you to shift from a culture of rote memorisation as learning to achievement of mastery in competencies.
