Dr. Pampa Chaudhuri is an academician with over 21 years of experience in CBSE, ICSE and IGCSE curricula, who serves as the Director-Principal of PICT Model School in Pune, Maharashtra. She is the Founder Principal of PICT Model School like two other educational institutions in the states of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. She founded PICT Model School in the year 2016 with 9 learners, 18 Academic staff and 7 Admin staff.

With more than two decades of experience in the field of education, she has contributed extensively to teaching, teacher training, curriculum development, and academic leadership. In addition to her role in school education, she also serves as a board member of Pune Institute of Computer Technology, contributing to academic guidance and institutional development.

A gold medalist with a doctorate in Geography, Dr. Chaudhuri is widely recognized for her expertise in teacher training and professional development. She has conducted numerous workshops and training programs for educators across the country, focusing on modern pedagogical approaches that enhance classroom engagement and improve learning outcomes. Her work as a trainer emphasizes effective lesson planning, assessment for learning, active learning strategies, and the integration of critical thinking into classroom practices.

Dr. Chaudhuri has also collaborated with leading educational publishers such as Oxford University Press, Pearson, and Macmillan Education. In these roles, she has contributed as a content developer, trainer, and reviewer, helping to design and evaluate educational materials used by teachers and students across different educational boards.

To further strengthen her expertise in educational leadership and training, she has pursued professional development programs from globally respected institutions including the University of Cambridge, University of Melbourne, and University of Leeds.
